I am a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017. I’ve studied more than 100 dietary theories. More recently, I completed a Harvard Medical School nutrition and lifestyle medicine course.
With knowledge across a wide swath of different sources and strategies, I can help identify and draw on the elements that will work best for YOUR body and lifestyle. I learned to cook in southern Italy and trained at the French Culinary Institute.
